Semi-Private Day Cruises

In case you need to cancel a semi-private cruise you can do so up to 7 days before the scheduled date, with a 100% refund.

In case you need to cancel your planned trip, from 6 to 3 days before departure, we will refund 70% of the total cost.

No refunds are possible for no-shows or cancellations that occur within 48 hours before the planned trip.

In the event of bad weather, the skipper may alter the route of the scheduled cruise or cancel it to ensure the safety of both the customers and the boat. If this occurs, you can reschedule your ticket for the next available date, or you will receive a 100% refund if you are unable to sail with us on another day.

Private Day, Half Day & Sunset Cruises

If you need to cancel a private cruise more than 30 days prior to the scheduled trip, you will receive a 100% refund. For cancellations made 15-29 days before the trip, a 50% refund will be issued. Unfortunately, no refund is possible for canellations made 1-14 days before the scheduled trip.
