Santa Maria Luxury Catamaran is based in Agios Prokopios, Naxos, Greece.

Passengers are responsible for notifying us in reservation or in a reasonable time before traveling for any allergies or restrictions. All passengers are responsible for themselves. Children under the age of 18 years old must be accompany by a parent who take full responsibility of their actions.

The boat and crew are not responsible of the children. Passengers must understand that the boat has limited medical equipment and in the event of sickness or injury medical personnel will be called. Passengers must understand that there will be a delay in medical assistance until the boat docks and taken to nearest medical center.

In case of bad weather the skipper will be able to change the route of the scheduled cruise or cancel it to ensure the safety of the customers and the boat. In this case you can change your ticket to the next available date or get a full refund if you have no other days to travel with us.
 

Cancellation Policy

In case you need to cancel a daily or sunset cruise you can do it up to 21 days before the scheduled trip and you will get back 100% of the total reservation fee. If you cancel up to 8 days before the trip we return 50% of the total fee while in the last 7 days there is no refund.
In case you need to cancel a private day or sunset cruise more than 40 days prior to the scheduled trip there is 100% refund but less than 40 days you will receive no refund.
In case of bad weather the skipper will be able to change the route of the scheduled cruise or cancel it to ensure the safety of the customers and the boat. In this case you can change your ticket for the next available date or you will be fully reimbursed if you do not have extra days to sail with us.
